FORMAT: single and multiple arrangements of HD monitors
TARGET AUDIENCE: women ages 35-60
Doctor's can't always arrive right at the start of an appointment. One of the core patient experience elements Summit Orthopedics used in their new locations is digital displays to help enrich those moments when patients are waiting. By fusing RSS feeds, video, photo, and written content, I created displays that would not only keep patients engaged, but also help them find their way in unfamiliar territory. In addition to the design, I was also challenged to organize and maintain the back-end content manager, sustaining over 50 live displays.
